Specialist network

Experienced OTM, GTM, integration, performance, and AI professionals can be aligned to project needs.

Offshore-enabled

Additional capacity supports managed services, testing, monitoring, documentation, and technical delivery.

One accountable model

Clear oversight, communication, and quality expectations keep the extended team working as one delivery unit.

The principal

Product depth meets delivery perspective.

Kwasi Yirenkyi is a solution architect and software engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise systems, software development, integration, and performance analysis. He has led technical delivery for large Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management programs supporting high-volume inbound, outbound, fleet, trade, and financial processes in both on-premises and cloud environments.

His experience with the platform began at G-Log, the company that created the product now known as Oracle Transportation Management. After Oracle acquired G-Log, Kwasi became a Senior Manager of Software Development, leading teams responsible for OTM and GTM technology infrastructure, user experience, and integration capabilities. He later held senior engineering and solution architecture roles, including more than a decade with Inspirage and Accenture, where he guided enterprise OTM and GTM implementations, cloud transitions, technical improvements, and go-live readiness.

Kwasi's work spans logistics solution architecture, Java and Oracle technologies, REST and web services, XML and XSL, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA, database and SQL analysis, external carrier and visibility integrations, and performance tuning. That breadth enables him to connect detailed technical decisions with the operational outcomes they are intended to support.

Working principles

Clear thinking. Useful solutions. Shared understanding.

01

Listen first

Strong solutions begin with the operation, not a preferred template.

02

Make it clear

Decisions should be understandable to stakeholders and support teams.

03

Plan beyond go-live

Maintainability, observability, and knowledge transfer start on day one.

04

Own the outcome

Recommendations should connect to measurable operational or technical value.

Work directly with experienced Oracle logistics leadership.
